联合用药和给药剂量的干预对中药注射剂安全性的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨采用联合用药和给药剂量干预对提高中药注射剂安全性的作用。方法方便选择医院2020年1—12月收治的采用中药注射剂治疗患者200例,按照随机数表法分为两组,对照组(n=100)采用常规用药管理方案,研究组(n=100)则采用联合用药与给药剂量干预方案。分析研究组联合用药合理性、给药剂量合理性,并分析两组用药治疗的效果,统计两组不良反应发生情况,评价用药安全性,调查患者住院费用及住院时间。结果研究组联合用药大于5种率为11.00%,小于5种率为89.00%;给药剂量合理率为96.00%,不合理用药率4.00%。研究组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的82.00%,研究组不良反应发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的11.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.303、6.664,P<0.05)。研究组住院费用、住院时间分别为(456.10±30.55)元、(5.46±1.15)d,均小于对照组(528.36±31.96)元、(6.92±1.30)d,差异有统计学意义(t=16.344、8.412,P<0.05)。结论在采用中药注射剂方案治疗过程中采用联合用药和给药剂量干预能够有效提高联合用药与给药剂量的合理性,有利于提高临床疗效,可降低患者不良反应发生风险,能降低医疗成本,促进患者康复。Objective To investigate the effect of combined medication and dosage intervention on improving the safety of traditional Chinese medicine injections.Methods A total of 200 patients treated with traditional Chinese medicine injections were conveniently selected from the hospital from January to December 2020,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=100)adopted the routine medication management scheme,while the study group(n=100)adopted the combined medication and dosage intervention scheme.The effect of drug treatment in the two groups was analyzed,the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was counted to evaluate the safety of the drug,and the hospitalization expenses and hospitalization time of the patients were investigated.Results The rate of combined medication more than 5 in the study group was 11.00%,the rate of less than 5 species was 89.00%.The reasonable rate of administration dose was 96.00%,and the rate of irrational drug use was 4.00%.The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 82.00%in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.00%,which was lower than 11.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.303,6.664,P<0.05).The hospitalization expenses and length of stay in the study group were(456.10±30.55)yuan and(5.46±1.15)d,respectively,which were lower than(528.36±31.96)yuan and(6.92±1.30)d in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=16.344,8.412,P<0.05).Conclusion In the course of treatment with traditional Chinese medicine injection,the use of combination medication and dose intervention can effectively improve the rationality of combination medication and dose,help improve clinical efficacy,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,reduce medical costs,and promote the patient's recovery.
