加减瓜蒌牛蒡汤治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎60例的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察加减瓜蒌牛蒡汤治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎的临床效果.方法选取2019年1月-2021年6月东莞市石碣医院收治的60例非哺乳期乳腺炎患者为研究对象.并为非哺乳期乳腺炎患者提供经此院改良后自拟的瓜蒌牛蒡汤方剂口服治疗干预.随访半年,评估患者的治疗效果、治愈时间、复发率以及不良反应发生率.结果该组总有效率98.33%,不良反应发生率3.33%,平均治愈时间(7.31±1.22)周.随访6个月,该组复发率1.67%.结论加减瓜蒌牛蒡汤治疗非哺乳期乳腺炎的实际效果显著,能够显著降低患者的痛苦,无需手术切除病灶,复发率低、不良反应发生率少,值得临床推广使用.Objective To observe the clinical effect of adding and subtracting Guilou and Burdock Decoction in the treatment of nonlactation mastitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with non-lactation mastitis admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.And to provide non-lactation mastitis patients improved by our hospital after the prescription of guantrichosanthis burdock soup oral treatment intervention.The patients were followed up for half a year,and the treatment effect,recurrence rate,incidence of adverse reactions,cure time and recurrence time were determined.Results The total effective rate was 98.33%,the incidence of adverse reactions was 3.33%,and the cure time was(7.31±1.22)w.After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate was 1.67%.Conelusion Adding or subtracting Gutrichosanthis and Burdock Decoction in the treatment of non-lactation mastitis has significant practical effect,can significantly reduce the pain of patients,without surgical resection of lesions,low recurrence rate,less incidence of adverse reactions,worthy of clinical use.
