摘  要:背景:某化工厂供暖所需热水和制冷所需冷冻水如通过锅炉房、换热站和冷冻站制取来满足运行要求时,换热站制取热水所需锅炉房提供蒸汽量过大。目的:某化工厂运行过程中会产生大量的凝结水,将这部分凝结水收集并回收利用,最终生产出符合运行要求的冷冻水和热水。结论:基于某化工厂工艺凝结水的余热回收系统,夏季将吸收式制冷技术与循环冷却水系统一起实现了废热利用,冬季采用板式换热器系统,满足厂区对冷热源的要求。Background:When the hot water required for heating and the chilled water required for cooling in a chemical plant are produced by the boiler room,heat exchange station and freezing station to meet the operational requirements,the amount of steam provided by the boiler room required for the production of hot water from the heat exchange station is too big.Objective:During the operation of a chemical plant,a large amount of condensation water will be generated,and this part of the condensation water will be collected and recycled to finally produce chilled water and hot water that meet the operating requirements.Conclusion:Based on the waste heat recovery system of a chemical plant’s process condensation water,the absorption refrigeration technology and the circulating cooling water system are used in summer to realize the waste heat utilization,and the plate heat exchanger system is used in winter to meet the requirements of the plant for cold and heat sources.
