摘  要:本文对国内外双臂带电作业机器人的应用现状进行了分析,提出了适用于单臂带电作业机器人的工具头的设计开发,实现了抓取引流线、卡紧引流线、定力矩拧紧引流器等功能,具有抓取范围大、送线过程引流线不会扭曲、绝缘性能优良等特点。单臂工具头的开发使带电作业机器人可以采用单臂结构就能实现双臂所具有的搭接引流线的功能,可以有效降低控制难度和产品成本,促进带电作业机器人的推广应用。This article analyzes the application status of the double-arm live working robot at home and abroad,and proposes the design and development of the tool head suitable for the single-arm live working robot.It realizes the functions of grabbing the drainage wire,clamping the drainage wire,and tightening the drainage device with a fixed torque,and has the characteristics of large grasping range,no distortion of the drainage wire during the wire feeding process,and excellent insulation performance.The development of the single-arm tool head enables the live working robot to realize the function of the double-arm lapped drain wire by using use the single-arm structure,which can effectively reduce the control difficulty and product cost,and promote the popularization and application of the live working robot.
