摘　　要：随着时代的进步,科技也在不断地发展,计算机技术和网络技术得到了迅速普及,人们开始利用高科技手段来帮助解决各类服务大众行业的排队问题。智能排队叫号系统就是一种先进、高效且具有较高实用性的医疗工作运用支撑技术,它以医院独立开发的HIS系统为支撑设计而成,并被应用到医院门诊,能够实现简单计算和精确计时等一系列功能,使医务工作者在诊疗工作中可以根据患者实时报到情况,有序进行就诊与复诊工作,更加便于门诊分诊的管理工作。With the progress of the times,science and technology are also constantly developing,computer technology and network technology have been rapidly popularized,people begin to solve the queuing problem of various public service industries by use of high-tech means.The intelligent queuing and calling system is an advanced,efficient and highly practical medical work application support technology.It is designed with the support of the HIS system independently developed by the hospital,and is applied to the outpatient department of the hospital,which can realize a series of functions such as simple calculation and precise timing,enable medical workers to conduct visits and follow-up visits in an orderly manner according to the real-time reporting of patients in the diagnosis and treatment work,which is more convenient for the management of outpatient triage.
