摘　　要：随着我国社会经济的迅猛发展,节能减排逐渐成为提高人民生活质量的前提和方法之一。在此背景下,特别是在高消费的大型住宅区,需要规范各方对能源的控制和使用。本文首先对大型住宅区电气设计原理进行了详细的分析,并结合现阶段我国大型住宅区用电过程中存在的问题,对电气节能应用管理提出了相应的措施,希望可以更好地践行节能环保的目标。With the rapid development of China’s social economy,energy conservation and emission reduction have gradually become one of the prerequisites and methods to improve people’s quality of life.In this context,especially in large-scale residential quarters with high consumption,it is necessary to regulate the control and use of energy by all parties.This article firstly analyzes the electrical design principles of large-scale residential quarters in detail,and puts forward corresponding measures for the application management of electrical energy conservation based on the problems existing in the electricity consumption process of large-scale residential quarters in China at this stage,hoping to better implement the goals of energy conservation and environmental protection.
