摘 要:油菜素内酯(brassinosteroid,BR)是一类植物类固醇激素,除了具有生长调节作用外,还具有抗逆功能。BZR(BRASSINAZOLE-RESISTANT)转录因子是油菜素内酯信号转导途径中的调节剂,对植物生长和抵抗环境刺激起着至关重要的作用。本研究对丹参(Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge)BZR成员的全基因组进行鉴定,鉴定得到6个成员。通过一系列生物信息学分析对它们的基因结构、进化关系、保守基序、顺式作用元件和茉莉酸甲酯胁迫的转录表达情况等进行了表征。基因结构分析表明同一亚类中各成员的基因结构特征相似;通过系统进化分析,将6个丹参BZR基因被分为两类;保守基序分析表明SmBZR蛋白的N末端均含有BZR基因家族的特征性序列;顺式作用元件分析表明SmBZR基因的上游序列含有丰富的与光响应、逆境胁迫响应,植物激素响应和生长发育相关的元件;基于已发表的转录组数据对丹参BZR基因的表达情况分析表明它们可能受茉莉酸甲酯调控。本研究为深入了解丹参BZR基因家族提供了一定的参考价值。Brassinosteroids(BR)is a kind of steroid hormone in plants.In addition to having growth regulating roles,it also has stress resistance functions.BZR(BRASSINAZOLE-RESISTANT)transcription factor is a regulator in BR signal transduction pathway,which plays a vital role in plant growth and resistance to environmental stimulations.In this study,the whole genome of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge member BZR was identified and 6members were identified.After a series of bioinformatics analyses,the gene structure,evolutionary relationship,conservative motifs,cis-acting elements and the transcriptional expression of MeJA(methyl jasmonate)stress were characterized.Gene structure analysis showed that the gene structure characteristics of each member of the same subclass were similar;through systematic evolution analysis,the 6 Sm BZR genes are divided into two categories;the conservative motif analysis showed that the N-terminal of SmBZR protein contained characteristic sequence of BZR gene family;from the analysis of cis-acting elements,it is known that the upstream sequence of the Sm BZR gene is rich in elements related to light response,stress response,plant hormone response and growth and development;analysis of the expression of BZR genes based on published transcriptome data indicates that they may be regulated by MeJA.This study provides a certain reference value for in-depth understanding of the BZR gene family of S.miltiorrhiza.
