摘  要:本研究以多茸毛突变体SWS-1、‘新陆早26号’(‘XLZ-26’)、‘海岛棉7124’(‘HDM-1’)为供试材料,对主要农艺性状进行遗传变异分析,并对叶绿素含量和光合特性进行单因素显著性差异分析。结果表明棉花SWS-1多茸毛突变体具有生理抗虫性,绒长、始节高、株高、始节位、铃数分别为2.65、12.6、79.3cm、3.9个、5.9个。SWS-1叶绿素含量(a+b)较‘HDM-1’差异显著,较‘XLZ-26’差异不显著。SWS-1相对电导率较‘HDM-1’差异显著,与‘XLZ-26’比较差异不显著。SWS-1净光合速率较‘HDM-1’差异极显著,较‘XLZ-26’差异显著。净光合速率、气孔导度、胞间CO_(2)浓度规律均为‘HDM-1’>‘XLZ-26’>SWS-1。陆地棉突变体SWS-1具有茎秆、叶片、苞叶、铃面着生多茸毛的独特表型特征。在后期棉花生理抗虫育种时,宜选择绒长长、单铃重高、始节高及高光效的品种与之杂交进行选择育种,后代株系中定向选择优质、丰产、生理抗虫的品系,进而实现增产优质、降低成本。本研究结果为该突变体在生理抗虫棉花育种的利用提供一定的研究参考。The multi-hairy mutant SWS-1,’Xinluzao26’(’XLZ-26’),and’Hai7124’(’HDM-1’)were used as test materials to analyze the genetic variation of the main agronomic traits.The chlorophyll content and photosynthetic characteristics of them were analyzed for single factor significant difference.The results showed that the cotton SWS-1 multi-hairy mutant has physiological resistance to insects.The stem diameter,the first fruiting branch height,plant height,the first fruiting branch position and boll number are the smallest among the tested materials,which are 26.5,12.6,79.3 cm,3.9 and 5.9.The chlorophyll content(a+b)of SWS-1 was significantly different from that of’HDM-1’,and the difference was not significant compared with’XLZ-26’.The relative conductivity of SWS-1 is significantly different from that of’HDM-1’,but not significantly different from that of’XLZ-26’.The net photosynthetic rate of SWS-1 was extremely different compared with’HDM-1’.It is significantly different from’XLZ-26’.The net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,and intercellular CO_(2)concentration were all’HDM-1’>’XLZ-26’>SWS-1.The upland cotton mutant SWS-1 has the unique phenotypic characteristics of stem,leaves,bracts leaf hairy and bell hairy.The mutant SWS-1 should be crossed with varieties with high stem diameter,high boll weight,high the first fruiting branch height and high photosynthetic rate to choose high-quality,high-yield,and physiologically resistant strains choose high-quality,high-yield,and physiologically resistant varities,and then achieve high-quality production and reduce costs.This study provided some reference for the utilization of this mutant in the breeding of physiologically resistant cotton.
