摘  要:为研究增强体表面镀钛对TiC/TC4复合材料耐磨性能的影响,以酒精为分散剂对酸洗和碱洗后的钛合金颗粒进行真空微蒸发镀钛处理,获得镀钛后的钛合金粉。将质量分数大于99%的碳化钛粉和镀钛后的钛合金粉,按不同比例混合,压制成不同增强体表面镀钛的TiC/TC4复合材料。测试其表面形貌和微观结构,并进行滑动摩擦和拉伸试验。结果表明:增强体表面镀钛处理的TiC/TC4复合材料硬度上升12.3HV,抗拉性能提高40 MPa,磨损量降低0.06 mg,动摩擦因数降低0.23,摩擦后不易脆性断裂,摩擦痕迹较轻微,耐磨性良好。composite,the titanium alloy particles after pickling and alkali washing were treated by vacuum micro evaporation titaniumplating with alcohol as dispersant,and the titanium alloy powder after titanium plating was obtained.Titanium carbide powderwith purity greater than 99%and titanium alloy powder after titanium plating were mixed in different proportions and pressed intoTiC/TC4 composite specimens coated with titanium on the surface of different reinforcements.The surface morphology andmicrostructure were tested,and the sliding friction and tensile tests were carried out.The results show that the hardness of TiC/TC4 composite treated by titanium plating on the surface of reinforcement is increased by 12.3HV,the tensile property isincreased by 40 MPa,the wear loss is reduced by 0.06 mg,and the friction coefficient is reduced by 0.23.It is not prone tobrittle fracture after friction,with slight friction trace and good wear resistance.
