摘 要:为提高蜂窝夹层板防护能力,对钛合金蜂窝夹层结构的抗冲击性能进行研究。通过有限元软件构建蜂窝夹层板的冲击模型,基于仿真结果对蜂窝板的应力状态和失效形式进行分析。设计钛合金蜂窝结构的冲击试验,从损伤面积、承载力和质量比吸能3个方面对蜂窝结构的缓冲效果进行评价。结果表明:仿真分析可较准确模拟出蜂窝夹层板受冲击时的受力情况。在受金属球冲击时,与其它结构相比,正六边形蜂窝芯层结构在损伤面积、承载力和质量比吸能均具有优异的性能,其中承载力提高37.3%,质量比吸能提高160%。In order to improve the protection ability of honeycomb sandwich panel under impact,the impact resistance of titaniumalloy honeycomb sandwich structure was studied.Firstly,the impact model of honeycomb sandwich panel was constructed byfinite element software,and the stress state and failure mode of honeycomb sandwich panel were analyzed based on thesimulation results.Then the impact experiment of titanium alloy honeycomb structure was designed to evaluate the cushioningeffect of honeycomb structure from three aspects,including damage area,bearing capacity and mass specific energyabsorption.The results show that the simulation analysis can accurately simulate the stress of honeycomb sandwich panel underimpact.When impacted by a metal ball,compared with other structures,the hexagonal honeycomb core structure showsexcellent performance in damage area,bearing capacity and mass specific energy absorption,namely the bearing capacity isincreased by 37.3%and the mass specific energy absorption is increased by 160%.
