摘　　要：在构建制造业高质量发展评价指标体系的基础上,基于2008—2017年中国31个省份面板数据,利用熵权TOPSIS法测度制造业高质量发展综合指数,并据此采用ESDA法揭示其空间集聚特征。结果表明,技术创新、质量品牌在评价指标体系中占有很大权重,二者对制造业高质量发展的影响更为显著;制造业高质量发展水平呈现出由沿海向内陆递减的“东强西弱”发展格局;制造业高质量发展水平呈现明显的空间正相关特征,高高集聚区主要分布于长三角及京津地区,低低集聚区主要分布于西部地区。最后,围绕要素支撑、生产组织、产业提升与行业治理四个维度,提出了制造业高质量发展的推进路径。This paper constructs the evaluation index system of high quality development of manufacturing and measures the comprehensive index using the methods of entropy-weight and TOPSIS based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2008 to 2017,and then reveals its spatial agglomeration characteristics.The results show that:technological innovation and quality brand occupy great weight in the evaluation index system,and have more significant impact on high quality development of manufacturing;there is a trend of“strong in the east and weak in the west”about high quality development level of manufacturing;and the development level shows obvious positive spatial correlation characteristics,specifically speaking,High-High agglomeration areas mainly distribute in the Yangtze River Delta and Beijing-Tianjin region,and Low-Low agglomeration areas mainly distribute in the western region.Finally,this paper puts forward promotion paths for high quality development of manufacturing from four dimensions of factor support,production organization,industry promotion and industry governance.
