摘　　要：图书馆基金会的良性运营是形成公共图书馆资金来源多渠道、治理多元化的有效路径。本文以温州市图书馆发展基金会的组建模式、管理运作及资金使用为例,阐述了法人治理模式下基金会的管理机制、运作特色、捐助现状和社会成效,并从机制保障、项目评估、投资运作、社会认同等方面提出深化发展的建议,为构建高质量、专业化的图书馆基金会提供实践启示。The benign operation of library foundation is an effective way to form multiple sources of public library funds and diversified governance.Taking the establishment mode,management operation and fund use of Wenzhou Library Development Foundation as an example,this paper expounds the management mechanism,operation characteristics,donation status and social effect of the foundation under corporate governance model,puts forward improving suggestions on the development of mechanism guarantee,project evaluation,investment operation and social identity,and provides practical enlightenment on building a high-quality and professional library foundation.
