全面从严治党向纵深推进的“地带”及治理之策

摘　　要：十九届中纪委六次全会提出“把全面从严治党推向纵深”,是基于党面临着“权力与资本勾连”“执行决策存在政治偏差”“理论学习不求实效”“党风突出问题有回潮”等新挑战。把全面从严治党推向纵深,党的政治建设要注重“真正悟透”与“落实落地”的连贯;党的思想建设要推动“理论武装”与“革命锻造”的融通;党的纪律建设要着力“党纪挺前”与“专项治理”的链接;党的组织建设要聚焦“体系构建”与“功能激发”的匹配;党的作风建设要追求“担当创新”与“细致精当”的契合;反腐败斗争要关注“重点领域”与“一体治理”的对接。依据百年党建经验,坚持系统观念,用好“两个答案”和严肃政治生活是把全面从严治党推向纵深的成功之道。At the Sixth Plenary Session of the Party’s 19th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection,it was proposed to“promote strict governance of the party in an all-round way”,it is based on the new challenge that the party is faced with:“power and capital collude”“political deviation exists in the execution of decision-making”theoretical study doesn’t seek practical results,and“the prominent problem of Party style has a resurgence”.The political construction of the Party needs to pay attention to the coherence of“true understanding”and“implementation”,and the ideological construction of the Party needs to promote the integration of“theoretical armed”and“revolutionary forging”,the party’s discipline construction needs to focus on the link between“the Party’s discipline goes forward”and“special governance”,and the party’s organization construction needs to focus on the matching of“system construction”and“function stimulation”,the construction of the Party’s work style needs to pursue the combination of“being innovative”and“being meticulous”,and the struggle against corruption needs to pay attention to the combination of“new field”and“one governance”.Based on the 100-year experience of Party building,sticking to the system concept,making good use of“two answers”and serious political life are the successful ways to push the strict governance of the party to the depth.
