摘  要:针对城市生活垃圾焚烧灰渣工程性质差,难以直接用作混凝土细骨料的问题,将生活垃圾焚烧温度提高到1750℃、对其进行熔融水淬处理。分析了熔融水淬处理后产生的(水淬渣)的理化性质。基于正交分析法设计了四因素三水平的快速水硬性试验,以抗压强度为表征,探究了碱含量、保载压力、蒸压温度、蒸压时间对水淬渣棱柱体抗压强度影响的显著因素及水平。结合极差与方差分析、因素指标法分析,不同因素对水淬渣棱柱体抗压强度影响的主次顺序为碱含量>保载压力>蒸压温度>蒸压时间,其对抗压强度贡献率分别为42.14%、25.78%、22.86%、9.22%,对应最优水平分别为碱含量为水平三(10%)、保载压力为水平三(190 kN)、蒸压温度为水平一(80℃)、蒸压时间为(3 h)。This study addresses the problem of poor engineering properties of municipal solid waste incineration ash and it is difficult to directly use it as concrete fine aggregate.The incineration temperature of municipal solid waste is increased to 1750℃and the molten water quenched treatment is carried out.The physical and chemical properties of(water quenching slag)produced after molten water quenching treatment are analyzed.Based on the orthogonal analysis method,a four-factor three-level rapid hydraulic test was designed.With the compressive strength as the characterization,the influence of alkali content,holding pressure,autoclaved temperature,and autoclaved time on the compressive strength of water quenched slag prisms significant factors and levels of influence.The results show that the primary and secondary order of influence of different factors on the compressive strength of water quenched slag prisms is alkali content>holding pressure>autoclave temperature>autoclave time,and their contribution rates to compressive strength are respectively.They are 42.14%,25.78%,22.86%,and 9.22%.The corresponding optimal levels are level 3(10%)for alkali content,level 3 for holding pressure(190 kN),autoclave temperature for level 1(80℃),the autoclave time is(3 h).
