摘  要:为进一步提高嫩枝嫁接成活率,该文采用髓心形成层贴接法嫁接樟子松,从接穗来源(不同嫁接次数的接穗)、储存方式及切面长度等方面对樟子松嫩枝嫁接技术进行了研究。结果表明:接穗嫁接次数对嫁接成活率有一定影响,随着接穗嫁接次数增加成活率明显提高,二次嫁接穗条嫁接成活率是一次嫁接穗条的3.45倍,三次嫁接穗条嫁接成活率是二次嫁接穗条的1.20倍;接穗储存时用冰水浸泡比冰敷的成活率高,一次嫁接穗条、二次嫁接穗条冰水浸泡的成活率分别是冰敷的1.42倍和1.27倍;接穗切面长6 cm的嫁接成活率最高。In order to improve the survival rate of grafting,the grafting technique of Pinus sylvestris var.mongolica was studied from the scion sources(scions with different grafting times),the storage method and the section length.The grafting times had a certain effect on the grafting survival rate.With the increase of scion grafting times,the survival rate increased significantly.The survival rate of second grafting scion was 3.45 times of first grafting scion,the survival rate of third grafting scion was 1.20 times of second grafting scion.The survival rate of scions soaked in ice water was higher than that of the scions iced.The survival rate of first grafting scions and second grafting scions soaked in ice water was 1.42 times and 1.27 times that of scions iced,respectively.The survival rate was the highest when the scion section length was 6 cm.
