地面工程综合节电措施研究

摘  要:为降低油田地面工程生产用电,开展了综合节电措施研究。该研究包括系统分压注水,降低系统整体能耗;应用高压变频,控制区块注水耗电;实施注水泵涂膜改造,提高注水泵效;加强生产管理,控制集输系统耗电。地面系统综合措施实施结果表明,系统年节电为1400×10^(4) kWh,系统压差较大的区块,实施分压注水可以从整体上降低注水能耗;高压变频可以有效降低泵管压差,是注水系统区块调控的有效手段;注水泵采用超音速热喷涂自润滑金属陶瓷涂层技术进行改造,可以有效提高泵效,降低注水单耗0.27 kWh/m^(3)以上。In order to reduce the production power consumption of oilfield surface engineering,the comprehensive power saving measures are studied.The study includes partial pressure water injection to reduce the overall energy consumption of the system;High voltage frequency conversion is applied to control the power consumption of water injection in the block.Carry out film transformation of water injection pump to improve water injection pump efficiency;Strengthen production management,control power consumption of gathering and transmission system.The results show that the annual power saving of the system is 1400×10^(4) kWh,and the partial pressure water injection can reduce the water injection energy consumption in the block with large system pressure difference.High pressure frequency conversion can effectively reduce the pressure difference of pump pipe,which is an effective means of block control of water injection system.Supersonic thermal spraying self-lubricating cermet coating technology was used to improve the pump efficiency and reduce the water injection consumption by 0.27 kWh/m^(3).
