摘 要:辽河油田现有注汽管线634 km,保温结构是按照最大散热损失计算方法确定的,散热损失大不满足节能要求。采用经济保温厚度计算方法,综合考虑注汽管线的保温材料价格和注汽管线的热损失年运行成本这两个因素,重新对D114注汽管线的保温结构进行优化计算,得到了新的保温结构模型为10 mm厚气凝胶+110 mm厚复合硅酸盐管壳复合保温结构。通过示范线试验得到新保温结构散热损失,较现有的保温结构(双层6 mm厚气凝胶+50 mm厚复合硅酸盐管壳)每公里热损失降低29.6 kW,节约天然气23680 m^(3),年节约燃料消耗成本40019.2元,具有良好的经济效益,为辽河油田下一步注汽管线保温更换提供了理论依据。There are 634 km steam injection pipelines in Liaohe Oilfield,and the thermal insulation structure is determined according to the calculation method of maximum heat dissipation loss,so the large heat dissipation loss does not meet the requirements of energy saving.This paper adopts the calculation method of economic insulation thickness,comprehensively considering the two factors of insulation material price of steam injection pipeline and annual operation cost of heat loss of steam injection pipeline,the insulation structure of D114 steam injection pipeline is optimized and calculated,and the new insulation structure model is 10mm thick aerogel+110mm thick composite silicate shell and shell composite insulation structure.Through the demonstration line test,the heat loss of the new insulation structure is obtained.Compared with the existing insulation structure(double 6mm thick aerogel+50mm thick composite silicate shell),the heat loss per kilometer is reduced by 29.6 kW,save 23680 m^(3) of natural gas,and the annual fuel consumption cost is 40019.2 yuan,which has good economic benefits.It provides a theoretical basis for the insulation replacement of the next steam injection pipeline in Liaohe Oilfield.
