摘　　要：目的探讨维持性腹膜透析患者灵性健康水平及其影响因素。方法纳入206名维持性腹膜透析患者作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、慢性疾病治疗功能评估-灵性量表-12、Herth希望量表、个人掌控感量表对其进行问卷调查,了解其灵性健康水平,并分析影响其灵性健康水平的因素。结果维持性腹膜透析患者灵性健康总分为(28.87±8.45)分,处于中等水平。多重线性逐步回归分析结果显示,自评疾病是否带来巨大负担、透析龄、月门诊随访次数、希望水平总分、个人掌控感量表得分均为维持性腹膜透析患者灵性健康总分的影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论维持性腹膜透析患者的灵性健康总分处于中等水平,自评疾病是否带来巨大负担、透析龄、月门诊随访次数、希望水平总分、个人掌控感量表得分是其灵性健康水平的影响因素。Objective To investigate the level of spiritual well-being and its influencing factors in patients with maintenance peritoneal dialysis.Methods A total of 206 patients with maintenance peritoneal dialysis were enrolled as research subjects,among whom a questionnaire survey was conducted using the general information questionnaire,the Functional Assessment of Chronic Illness Therapy-Spiritual Well-Being 12,the Herth Hope Scale,and the Pearlin Mastery Scale to understand their spiritual well-being level;in addition,the factors influencing their spiritual well-being level were analyzed.Results The total score for spiritual well-being was 28.87±8.45 in patients with maintenance peritoneal dialysis,which was at a moderate level.The results of multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that a huge burden resulting from the self-rated diseases or not,dialysis years,the number of monthly outpatient visits,the total score for hope level,and individual′s Personal Mastery Scale score were the influencing factors for the total score for spiritual well-being in patients with maintenance peritoneal dialysis(all P<0.05).Conclusion For patient with maintenance peritoneal dialysis,the total score for spiritual well-being is at a moderate level,and a huge burden resulting from the self-rated diseases or not,dialysis years,the number of monthly outpatient visits,the total score for hope level,and individual′s Personal Mastery Scale score are the influencing factors for their spiritual well-being level.
