摘　　要：随着毒品合成技术的不断发展,近些年在司法实践中,新型毒品更迭迅速,滥用现象严重,造成严重的个人健康和社会安全问题,毒品犯罪形势日趋严峻,成为值得研究的重要议题。复方曲马多片滥用现象产生众多社会问题,在司法审判中,对司法70份裁判文书进行分析,重新建构我国对此类物质的立法监管及司法审判法例。With the continuous development of drug synthesis,new drugs alter rapidly and serious abuse can be widely found from juridical practice in recent years,which leads to serious personal health and social security problems,as well as increasingly serious drug crime.For the present,the abuse of compound tramadol tablets has caused many social problems,which has become an important topic worthy of study.This paper analyzes 70 judicial documents in judicial practice,and discusses ways of constructing legislative supervision and judicial legislations.
