摘 要:论文利用Thermecmaster-Z热模拟机对Ti_(3)Al基合金进行变形温度为950~1100℃、应变速率为0.01~1 s^(-1)的等温恒应变速率压缩试验,分析了该合金在α_(2)+β两相区的高温变形行为及微观组织演变规律。结果表明,Ti_(3)Al基合金的流动应力随变形温度的降低而增大,随应变速率的降低而减小,得出该合金变形激活能为707.64 kJ/mol,构建了基于Zener-Hollomon参数的双曲正弦本构方程,该本构模型的相关系数R和平均相对误差E分别为0.9619和0.1354,表明其对高温变形行为的预测与Ti_(3)Al基合金实际的高温变形行为吻合良好,研究结果可为Ti_(3)Al基合金的实际生产提供理论依据。The paper analyzes the high temperature deformation behavior and microstructure evolution law of Ti_(3)Al based alloy in theα_(2)+βdual-phase field by conducting isothermal constant strain rate compression test at deformation temperatures from 950℃ to 1100℃ and strain rate from 0.01 s^(-1) to 1 s^(-1) using Thermecmaster-Z thermal simulator.The results show that the flow stress of Ti_(3)Al based alloy increases with the decrease of deformation temperature and decreases with the decrease of strain rate.The deformation activation energy of the alloy is 707.64 kJ/mol.The paper constructs a hyperbolic sinusoidal constitutive equation based on the Zener-Hollomon parameters.The correlation coefficient R and the average relative error E of this constitutive model are 0.9619 and 0.1354 respectively,indicating that its prediction of the high temperature deformation behaviour is in good agreement with the actual high temperature deformation behaviour of Ti_(3)Al based alloy,and the results of the study can provide a theoretical basis for the practical production of Ti_(3)Al based alloy.
