渤海某平台油井计量分离器计量精度提升研究

摘　　要：渤海某高含水油田新建中心平台所配的油井计量分离器为卧式三相分离器,平台投产初期油井含水较低、产油量较高,由于该计量分离器的相关设计参数是根据高含水油井的特点设计,新井上线后其计量产量与下游终端设施实际收到的产量存在严重偏差,将高含水油井倒入计量后计量结果也存在相同的问题。为提高油井的计量精度,准确掌握油井的产量及运行情况,论文对相关数据进行分析后,提出通过改进项目的实施,消除了油井计量不准确的问题,为下一步油井工作制度的调整提供数据支撑。The oil well metering separator equipped for the new central platform of a high water cut oilfield in Bohai Sea is a horizontal three-phase separator.At the initial stage of operation,the oil well has low water cut and high oil production.Because the relevant design parameters of the metering separator are designed according to the characteristics of oil well with high water cut,there is a serious deviation between the metering output of the new well and the actual output received by the downstream terminal facilities after the new well is put into operation,and there are the same problems after the oil well with high water cut is poured into metering.In order to improve the metering accuracy of oil well and accurately grasp the production and operation of oil well,after analyzing the relevant data,the paper puts forward that the problem of inaccurate metering of oil well is eliminated through the implementation of improvement project,and provides data support for the adjustment of oil well working system in the next step.
