摘　　要：在强调智慧社区居家养老必要性、服务内容、构建原则的基础上,运用SWOT分析法,面对参与智慧社区居家养老的6大主体构建了智慧社区居家养老的具体模式。并总结各地实践出现的问题和经验,以期为后续智慧社区居家养老管理研究提供新的思路。On the basis of emphasizing the necessity,service content and construction principle of smart community home care,the SWOT analysis method was used to construct a specific mode of smart community home care in the face of six main bodies participating in smart community home care.And the problems and experience of the practice in different places were summarized,in order to pro⁃vide new ideas for the follow-up research of smart community home care management.
