不同药剂对玉米草地贪夜蛾的田间防治效果

摘　　要：为科学有效防治草地贪夜蛾,筛选出对草地贪夜蛾具有防治效果好而又生态安全的防治药剂,挑选5种杀虫剂对草地贪夜蛾进行防治效果试验,结果表明,200 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺SC、20亿PIB/mL甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒SC、60 g/L乙基多杀菌素SC以及5%甲氨基阿维菌素WG的速效性较好;200 g/L氯虫苯甲酰胺SC、20亿PIB/mL甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒SC以及60 g/L乙基多杀菌素SC持效期较长,施药后14 d,该3种药剂对草地贪夜蛾的防控效果仍保持在80%以上。以上4种药剂可以作为草地贪夜蛾防治的推荐药剂,建议交替使用,20亿PIB/mL甘蓝夜蛾核型多角体病毒SC作为一种防控草地贪夜蛾生物农药的首选,建议稀释倍数400~600倍液使用效果最佳。In order to control Spodoptera frugiperda scientifically and effectively,five insecticides with good control effect and ecological safety were selected to test the control effect of Spodoptera frugiperda.The results showed that 200 g/L chloramphetamine benzamide SC,2 billion PIB/mL cabbage Spodoptera nuclear polyhedrosis virus SC,60 g/L ethyl spinosad SC and 5%methylaminoavermectin WG had good quick effects;200 g/L chloramphetamine benzamide SC,2 billion PIB/mL cabbage Spodoptera nuclear polyhedrosis virus SC and 60 g/L ethyl spinosad SC had a long effective period.14 days after application,the control effects of the three agents on Spodoptera frugiperda remained above 80%.The above four insecticides could be used as the recommended insecticides for the control of Spodoptera frugiperda,and it was recommended to use them alternately.2 billion PIB/mL cabbage Spodoptera nuclear polyhedrosis virus SC was the first choice for the control of Spodoptera frugiperda biological pesticide,and it was suggested that the dilution multiple of 400-600 times was the best.
