摘　　要：河南省是农业和农业品牌大省。让农业品牌知识产权保护成为推动黄河流域高质量发展的助推器,是贯彻落实习近平总书记考察河南时重要讲话精神的重要措施。为加强农业品牌知识产权保护,国家相继出台了一系列政策措施。文章以推动黄河流域高质量发展,加强农业品牌知识产权保护为切入点,在分析河南省农业品牌知识产权保护现状和存在的问题,探析存在问题原因的基础上,提出了加强河南省农业品牌知识产权保护的对策和建议。Henan Province is a major province for agricultural brands. So the intellectual property rights protection of agricultural brands has become a booster for the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin, which is an important approach to implementing the spirit of General Secretary, Xi Jinping’s inspection speech in Henan.The protection of agricultural brand intellectual property rights is of great significance, which is strengthened by a variety of documents from china government. Based on the analysis of the significance, current situation, existing problems and causes of the protection of agricultural brand intellectual property rights in Henan province, this paper manages to put forward specified countermesures and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin and strengthen the protection of agricultural brand intellectual property rights so as to explore the path of high-quality development in the Yellow River basin, which is expected to play a positive role in the protection of agricultural brand intellectual property rights in Henan province.
