浅谈芍药的解痉作用

摘　　要：芍药是柔肝缓急止痛的良药,而挛急之象与肝及筋膜密切相关。文章通过分析筋膜的含义及芍药在方剂中的作用,结合现代药理学总结芍药在治疗五脏系统疾病中所扮演的角色及其可能的作用机制,以期为中医临床治疗提供新思路。Shaoyao(Paeonia lactiflora Pall.)is a good medicine for softening the liver,relieving pain The image of contracture is closely related to the liver and fascia.In this paper,by analying the meaning of fascia and the role of Shaoyao in prescriptions,combined with modern pharmacology,The role and possible mechanism of Shaoyao in the treatment of five internal organs system diseases were summarized,in order to provide new ideas for its clinical treatment in TCM.
