摘　　要：目的:探讨艾灸联合化疗对多发性骨髓瘤患者免疫功能的影响。方法:采用开放性随机对照研究方法将患者分成治疗组(艾灸联合化疗组)及对照组(化疗组)各15例,治疗组采用艾灸关元、足三里、三阴交等穴位联合含硼替佐米方案的化疗,对照组单纯采用化疗方案。通过监测患者细胞及体液免疫功能、感染发生率等指标,分析艾灸联合化疗能否改善多发性骨髓瘤患者的免疫功能及降低感染风险。结果:治疗后,两组CD4^(-)CD8^(-)水平的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后B细胞、NK细胞、调节性T细胞水平与治疗前的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后CD3^(+)CD4^(+)、B细胞与治疗前的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者感染率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:艾灸联合化疗可在一定程度上改善多发性骨髓瘤患者的免疫功能,并降低感染率。Objective:To explore the effect of moxibustion plus chemotherapy on immune function of multiple myeloma patients.Methods:The open randomized controlled trial was conducted.The included patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(took moxibustion plus chemotherapy)and the control group(took chemotherapy),with 15 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated by moxibustion at Guanyuan(关元)point,Zusanli(足三里)point,Sanyinjiao(三阴交)point and so on plus bortezomib chemotherapy regimen,and the control group was treated by chemotherapy alone.Results:After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in CD4^(-)CD8^(-)level between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,B cell,NK cell,and,regulatory T cell levels in the treatment group were significantly different from those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(all P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+)CD4^(+),and B cells levels in the control group were significantly different from those before treatment,and all P<0.05.The difference of infection rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treating multiple myeloma by moxibustion plus chemotherapy can improve immune function,and reduce the infection rate of patients.
