电针配合加味葛根汤治疗颈源性头痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电针疏密波刺激配合加味葛根汤治疗颈源性头痛的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年1月的68例颈源性头痛患者进行随机分组研究,每组34例,对照组予布洛芬缓释胶囊联合盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊治疗,观察组予电针疏密波配合加味葛根汤内服治疗,观察两组治疗前后以及两组之间的临床疗效,疼痛[视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)]缓解程度,颈椎活动度(Range Of Motion,ROM)改善情况。结果:观察组较对照组总有效率更高(P<0.05);治疗后观察组VAS评分、ROM评分较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:颈源性头痛患者采取加味葛根汤内服合并电针疏密波刺激治疗,效果更加显著,可显著缓解疼痛,长期治疗无明显不良反应,安全性高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture plus the Gegen decoction(葛根汤)on cervical headache.Methods:A total of 68 patients were selected for randomization study,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules plus flunarizine hydrochloride capsules,the observation group was treated by electroacupuncture sparse wave plus the Gegen decoction orally.The clinical efficacy,the degree of pain relief(VAS),and the improvement of ROM of the cervical spine were observed before and after treatment in the two groups and between the two groups.Results:The total efficiency in the control group was than the observation group(P<0.05).VAS score and ROM score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral administration of the Gegen decoction plus stimulation by electroacupuncture with sparse and dense waves shows more obvious effect,can significantly relieve pain,has no obvious adverse reactions during long-term treatment,and is very safe.
