补肺养心汤配合中医艾灸疗法用于冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病治疗的效果及对心室重构的影响

摘　　要：目的:补肺养心汤和中医艾灸疗法治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)的效果分析。方法:以随机样本抽样法,从2019年4月-2020年12月收治的冠心病患者中抽取90例,以抽签法分为对照组、观察组,每组45例,分别采取艾灸疗法、艾灸疗法联合补肺养心汤,对比两组治疗效果、中医证候评分、心室重构相关指标及不良反应。结果:两组治疗效果对比,P<0.05。治疗前,两组中医证候评分对比,P>0.05;治疗后,组间对比,P<0.05。治疗前,两组心室重构各指标对比,P>0.05;治疗后,组间对比,P<0.05。两组均未出现不良反应(P>0.05)。结论:艾灸疗法和补肺养心汤治疗冠心病效果显著,可改善心室重构。Objective:To analyze the effect of the Bufei Yangxin decoction(补肺养心汤)plus TCM moxibustion therapy on coronary heart disease.Methods:90 patients were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group by lottery method,with 45 cases in each group,respectively.Results:Efficacy,TCM symptom and various indicators of ventricular remodeling in the observation group were better,P<0.05.There were no adverse reactions in either group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion therapy plus the Bufei Yangxin decoction has a significant effect on coronary heart disease and can improve ventricular remodeling.
