摘　　要：骨质疏松症(骨痿)是由于多种原因导致的以骨密度降低,骨微观结构破坏,易发生骨折为特征的全身性疾病。肾藏精生髓而主骨,肝疏泄藏血而主筋,肝肾精血充盈,气机条畅,筋强骨壮,保证了骨质的充盈,调补肝肾、强筋健骨在骨质疏松症的治疗中占据了重要的地位。肝血供养肾精使其生化有源,肾精滋养肝血而使肝有所藏,肝肾精血不能互化,骨无所养,骨痿由生;肾贮藏肾精使其不外泄,肝主疏泄调节肾的开阖,调控肾精的内守或外泄,肝肾藏泄失常,肾精不足以充养骨质,久成骨痿;筋骨之间具有依存关系,筋伤久则骨失约束,渐成骨痿。本文从补益精血、协调藏泄、强筋健骨三个角度探究骨质疏松症的治疗,以推动临床实践的进步。Osteoporosis(bone flaccidity)is a systemic disease characterized by decreased bone mineral density,destruction of bone microstructure and easy fracture due to a variety of reasons.The essence and blood of liver and kidney are full,the Qi(气)mechanism is smooth,the tendons and the bones are strong,which ensure the bone filling.Regulating and tonifying the liver and kidney,strengthening the tendons and bones play an important role in the treatment of osteoporosis.Liver blood supplies kidney essence to make it biochemical active,kidney essence nourishes liver blood and makes liver have something to hide,liver kidney essence and blood can not be mutually,bone has nothing to support,bone flaccidity is born;the kidney stores the kidney essence so that it does not leak out.The liver regulates the opening and closing of the kidney,and regulates the internal or external leakage of the kidney essence.If the liver and kidney function is abnormal,the kidney essence will not be enough to nourish the bone.There is a dependent relationship between muscles and bones.If the tendons are injured for a long time,the bones will lose their restraint and gradually become osteogenic flaccidity.In order to promote the progress of clinical practice,this paper explores the treatment of osteoporosis from the three perspectives of tonifying essence and blood,coordinating Cang and Xie(藏泄)and strengthening tendons and bones.
