摘  要:古城油田泌125断块自2017年4月全面投入聚驱开发以来,由于受沉积相影响,物性差异大,平面、纵向上非均质性强,聚驱过程中窜流加剧,造成驱油效率低,开发效果持续变差。本文在研究聚驱开发中见效特征、存在问题的基础上,重点针对平、剖面矛盾,通过注采联动调整,抑制窜流,控制含水上升率,从而改善区块整体开发效果。Since the fully deployment of polymer flooding on the Bi 125 fault block in Gucheng Oilfield in April 2017,the development effect continues to deteriorate.The channeling intensifies and the oil displacement efficien cy goes low during the polymer flooding due to the influence of sedimentary facies,the great variation on physical properties,and the strong planar and vertical heterogeneity.On the basis of studying the effective characteristics and existing problems in the development of polymer flooding,this paper focuses on the contradiction between the lateral and vertical profiles.The channeling flow is suppressed and the water cut rise rate is controlled through the joint adjustment of injection and production.Thus,the overall development effect of the block has been improved.
