摘 要:为实现直升机强度试验过程中试验夹具的轻量化,同时在试验过程中保证试验结构的强度与刚度要求,采用ANSYS建立焊接件加肋板结构的参数化模型。将肋板尺寸参数作为设计变量,整体结构的质量、强度和刚度作为目标函数,利用响应面法对该结构进行优化设计。敏感性分析结果表明,对整体结构的质量、强度和刚度影响显著的参数主要有肋板长度、高度、上缘长度以及肋板厚度。响应面结果表明,所有参数与强度之间呈现出显著的非线性关系,尤其是上缘长度参数。随着上缘长度参数的增加,结构的应力先增大后减小,并在10mm附近出现极大值点。根据响应面模型对4种敏感性较为显著的参数进行优化分析,得出合理的肋板结构参数。In order to achieve the lightweight of the test fixture helicopter strength test and ensure the strength and stiff ness requirement of the test structure during the test,ANSYS was used to establish the parametric model of the welded tiffened plate structure.The response surface method was used to optimize the design of the structure by taking the dimensions of the tiff ened plate as design variables and the mass,strength and stiff ness of the whole structure as objective functions.The sensitivity analysis results show that the main parameters that have significant influence on the quality,strength and stiff ness of the whole structure are the length,the hight,the length of the upper edge and the thickness of the tiffened plate.Response surface analysis results show that there is a significant nonlinear relationship between all parameters and the strength,especially the the upper edge length.With the increase of the upper edge legth parameter,the stress of the structure incresses first and then decreases,and a maximum point appears near 10mm.Finally,according to the response surface model,four kinds of parameters with significant sensitivity are optimize and analyzed,and the reasonable structure parameters of the tiff ened plate are obtained.
