锋钩针两点法在桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎中的临床应用研究

摘　　要：目的:观察比较锋钩针两点法与封闭治疗、传统针刺治疗桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的临床疗效,为临床治疗该病提供更安全有效的方法。方法:将45例桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎患者按随机数字表法分为三组,各15例,分别采用锋钩针两点法治疗、封闭治疗、传统针刺治疗。2周后比较三组患者治疗前后的疼痛视觉模拟评分法(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、Cooney腕关节功能评分。结果:VAS评分方面,锋钩针组与传统取穴组的差异具有统计学意义,与封闭组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Cooney腕关节功能评分方面,锋钩针组与传统取穴组及封闭组的差异皆具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:锋钩针两点法在改善桡骨茎突狭窄性腱鞘炎的疼痛和功能方面具有较好疗效,值得临床研究与推广。Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of the sharp-hook needle at two points method, closed treatment and traditional acupuncture on stenosing tendovaginitis of radius styloid, so as to provide a safer and more effective method for the disease in clinic. Methods:45 cases were divided into three groups according to the random number table method, 15 cases in each group, and the sharp-hook needle at two points method, block therapy, and traditional acupuncture were applied respectively. Results: In terms of VAS score, the difference between the sharp-hook needle group and the traditional acupuncture group was statistically significant, and the difference between the sharp-hook needle group and the block therapy group was not statistically significant(P>0.05). In terms of the Cooney wrist function score, the differences between the sharp-hook needle group and the traditional acupuncture group and the block therapy group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The sharp-hook needle at two points method shows a good effect in ameliorating pain and improving wrist joint function of patients with stenosing tendovaginitis of radius styloid, and it is worthy of clinical research and promotion.
