睑板腺按摩改良手法与润目灵联用对睑板腺功能障碍型干眼症的疗效

摘　　要：目的:研究睑板腺按摩改良手法与中药汤剂润目灵联用对睑板腺功能障碍(Meibomian Gland Dysfunction,MGD型干眼症的疗效。方法:2020年1月-2021年1月,选择溧阳市中医医院眼科门诊接诊的MGD型干眼症患者,共52例(104眼)。对照组26例(52眼),中药汤剂润目灵加减;试验组26例(52眼),改良睑板腺按摩联用润目灵加减。持续治疗4周后进行指标评价。结果:治疗前,两组睑板腺功能(排出能力及分泌物性状)、干眼指标[泪膜破裂时间(Break Up Time,BUT)、泪液分泌试验(Schirmer I test,SIt)、角膜荧光素钠染色(Fluorescent,FL)]、眼表疾病指数量表(Ocular Surface Disease Index,OSDI)评分无明显差异(P <0.05);治疗后,试验组上述指标均优于对照组(P <0.05),且总有效率高于对照组、中医证候积分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:MGD型干眼症采用睑板腺按摩改良手法及润目灵,可促进泪膜稳定、改善睑板腺功能及主观症状。Objective: To study the curative effect of improved meibomian gland massage technique plus TCM decoction Runmuling on MGD type dry eye syndrome. Methods: 52 patients(104 eyes) with MGD type dry eye who were admitted to the ophthalmology clinic were selected. In the control group, 26 cases(52 eyes) received Runmuling;in the experimental group, 26 cases(52 eyes) received the modified meibomian gland massage plus Runmuling. The index evaluation was carried out after 4 weeks of continuous treatment. Results:Meibomian gland function(excretion capacity and secretion characteristics), dry eye indexes(BUT, SIt, FL) and OSDI score in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the total efficiency was higher than that in the control group,and the TCM syndrome score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Meibomian gland massage plus Runmuling on MGD type dry eye can promote the stability of tear film, improve meibomian gland function, and ameliorate subjective symptoms.
