加味四妙汤治疗湿热蕴结型急性痛风性关节炎临床疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:此次研究针对湿热蕴结型急性痛风性关节炎(简称痛风)采取单一西药疗法、西药联合加味四妙汤疗法的效果展开Meta分析对比,为今后临床研究实践提供循证支持。方法:对相关研究成果进行全面检索,在文献质量评估方面,借助Cochrane偏倚风险评估,借助软件RevMan 5.3系统分析临床总有效率、血尿酸值、总显效率。结果:总共筛选出10篇文献,均统计了总有效率及总显效率,其中9篇文献统计了血尿酸值;经Meta分析可知,在总有效率、总显效率与血尿酸值上,对比对照组、治疗组皆显示出显著不同;漏斗图两侧高度对称,无明显发表偏倚现象。结论:在治疗湿热蕴结型急性痛风方面,相较对照组,治疗组表现出显著优势,在今后临床应用中应充分重视中医药的作用,发挥中西医结合的优势。Objective:A meta-analysis was performed in this study to compare the clinical efficacy of Western medicine alone and the simiao decoction(四妙汤)plus Western medicine on the damp-heat agglutinated syndrome acute gouty arthritis,in order to provide evidence-based support for future clinical research practices.Methods:A comprehensive search of related research results was conducted.In terms of literature quality assessment,the Cochrane bias risk assessment was used,and the total efficiency,blood uric acid values and the total significant efficiency were systematically analyzed by software RevMan 5.3.Results:A total of 10 papers were screened out,and all the papers made statistics on the total efficiency and the total significant efficiency.9 papers made statistics on the blood uric acid value.The meta-analysis showed that there were significant differences in the total efficiency,the total significant efficiency and blood uric acid value between the treatment group and the control group;the two sides of the funnel graph are higherly symmetrical,and there is no obvious publication bias.Conclusion:The clinical effect of the Simiao decoction on the damp-heat agglutinated syndrome acute gouty arthritis was significantly better than that of Western medicine alone.In the future,the role of traditional Chinese medicine should be emphasized in order to take advantage of the integrative medicine.
