摘　　要：早期先兆流产是妊娠期常见的并发症,其发病率呈逐年上升趋势。随着对早期流产相关激素的深入研究,血清雌二醇在妊娠早期胚胎着床前子宫内膜准备、受精卵在输卵管中的运行及胚胎发育中孕激素和母胎免疫等方面的调节作用越来越被重视,而监测早期妊娠雌激素水平及其对应的治疗方案逐渐引起大家的重视。文章旨在对血清雌二醇在早期妊娠中的作用机制及其与早期先兆流产妊娠结局等方面的相关性作一综述。Early threatened abortion is a common complication during pregnancy, and its incidence is increasing year by year. With the in-depth study on hormones related to early abortion, more and more attention has been paid to the regulatory role of serum estradiol in the preparation of endometrium before embryo implantation, the movement of fertilized eggs in fallopian tube, and progesterone and maternal-fetal immunity during embryonic development. Monitoring the level of estrogen in early pregnancy and its corresponding treatment plan gradually arouse people’s attention. In this article, the action mechanism of serum estradiol on early pregnancy and its correlation with pregnancy outcome of early threatened abortion is summarized.
