摘  要:天津高银117大厦塔楼建筑高度597m,塔楼结构体系复杂且竖向荷载大,基础底板埋深约25 m,场地以黏性土、粉土为主,中间夹有多层厚度变化较大的砂层,采用超长钻孔灌注桩,桩端埋深约102 m,以⑩_(5)粉砂层为桩端持力层。基于塔楼基础底板施工完成至结构封顶后4.5年的基础沉降实测数据,分析了塔楼基础沉降发展特性、沉降分布特征、底板沉降弯曲变形及弯矩值的发展与分布,探讨了塔楼基础沉降与施工进度、上部结构层数的关系,以及上部结构刚度、荷载及群桩刚度对基础沉降的影响机制。实测基础最大沉降、基础倾斜、相邻柱(墙)基的差异沉降皆小于规范控制值,底板弯矩也小于设计取值,表明深基础处于安全状态。天津高银117大厦塔楼基础沉降实测成果为天津地区类似工程安全施工积累了宝贵经验,也为国内软土地区600 m级超高层建筑基础工程设计提供了参考。The building height of tower of Tianjin Goldin 117 building is 597 m. The structure system of the tower is complex and its vertical load is large. The buried depth of the foundation is about 25 m. The site is mainly composed of cohesive soils and silty soils. There are sand layers with large thickness changes in the middle. The super-long bored piles are used. The buried depth of the pile end is about 102 m. The⑩_(5)silty sand layer is the bearing layer of the pile end. The field monitoring data of the foundation settlement of the tower from the completion of the bottom plate construction to the structural capping for 4.5 years were monitored. The settlement development characteristics and settlement distribution characteristics, settlement bending deformation and bending moment of the foundation plate were analyzed. The relationship between the tower foundation settlement and the construction progress and the number of superstructure floors, as well as the influence mechanism of superstructure stiffness, load and pile group stiffness on foundation settlement were discussed. The maximum foundation settlement field monitoring, the foundation inclination and the differential settlement of adjacent column(wall) foundation are less than the standard control value, and the back calculated bending moment of the bottom plate is also less than the design value of bending moment, indicating that the deep foundation of the super high-rise building is in a safe state. The measured results of foundation settlement of tower of Tianjin Goldin 117 building have accumulated valuable experience for the safe construction of similar projects in Tianjin, and also provided reference data for the design practice of foundation engineering of 600 m-level super high-rise buildings in soft soil areas in China.
