摘  要:北京城市副中心图书馆项目由一个173m×173m的“森林屋盖”和覆盖在下方的两座“山体”组成,屋盖和山体由144根不规则布置的异形截面钢柱支承。主体结构体系可分为屋盖系统、山体结构和地下结构三部分。介绍了本项目的地基基础设计及各部分结构体系与布置。建筑外围的通高玻璃幕墙设计为自承重体系,主体结构仅为其提供平面外支承。针对屋盖系统整体抗侧刚度偏弱的问题,在部分钢柱和核心筒间设置屈曲约束支撑(BRB),阐述了BRB的设计原则,分析了设置BRB支撑的钢柱在小震和中震作用下的内力。结果表明,BRB在提高屋盖系统抗侧刚度的同时,也可降低钢柱在中、大震作用下的内力。结构整体扭转效应显著,设计中通过控制竖向构件的轴压比和剪应力水平,并在平面中部扭矩较大的柱下采用了一种三向转动铰支座,确保了结构不发生扭转破坏。为确保屋面结构的整体性,从构件性能目标、屋面板和构件设计方法等方面对屋面结构进行了加强。给出了异形钢柱与屋面结构和楼面结构的连接节点构造,该节点构造既保证了结构的可靠连接,也满足了建筑造型和机电功能的要求。Beijing Municipal Administrative Center Library is composed of a 173 m×173 m “forest roof” and two “hills” below. The roof and hills are supported by 144 irregular arranged steel columns with special section. The whole structure can be divided into three parts as roof system, mountain structure and underground structure. The foundation design, structure system and structure arrangement of each part were introduced. The full-height glass curtain wall around the building is designed as a self-supporting system, and the main structure only provides out-of-plane support for it. In view of the weak overall lateral stiffness of the roof system, buckling restraint bracings(BRBs) were brought in to connect the concrete cores and the adjacent steel columns. The design principle of the BRB was present, and inter force of the steel columns with the BRBs under frequent and middle earthquake was analyzed. Results indicate that the BRB can not only improve the lateral stiffness of the roof system, but also reduce the inter force of the steel columns under the middle and rare earthquake. The overall torsional effect of the structure was obvious. The axial compression ratio and shear stress level of the vertical members were controlled in the design, and a three-way rotating hinge support was used under the column with large torque in the middle of the plane, which ensures that the structure does not suffer from torsional damage. In order to keep the wholeness of the roof, the roof structure is strengthened in terms of component performance goals, design methods of roof panels and components. The structure of the connection joints between the steel columns with special section and structure of the roof and the floors were given. The structure of the connection joints not only ensures the structural reliability, but also meets the requirements of the architectural appearance and the electromechanical function.
