摘 要:武汉长江中心大型商业结构地下室平面尺寸为360m×220m,地上通过防震缝分为A1、B1地块两个结构单体,是武汉市首个在(5);粉细砂层采用天然地基筏板基础+减沉桩+抗拔桩基础形式的大型商业综合体项目。商业结构的特点决定了柱底反力具有较大不均匀性,给基础设计带来了很大挑战。论述了基于经济性及对商业结构特点的适应性进行基础设计选型分析;研究了回弹再压缩模量、基床系数、筏板厚度等关键参数对基础设计的影响并剖析了原因;详述了本工程基础设计的参数取值和包括筏板厚度、沉降数值等基础设计结果;介绍了平板载荷试验等实测天然地基承载力特征值略低于详勘报告建议值时局部地基处理方案;探讨了(5);粉细砂层天然地基施工控制要点,并明确了基础长期监测措施。The large-scale commercial structure basement of Wuhan Yangtze River Center has a plan size of 360 m×220 m. The ground is divided into two structural units, A1 and B1, through seismic joints. It is the first natural foundation raft in the(5);fine silty sand stratum layer in Wuhan City. A large-scale commercial complex project in the form of natural foundation raft foundation + settlement reducing piles + uplift pile foundation. The characteristics of the commercial structure determine that the reaction force at the bottom of the column has a large non-uniformity, which brings great challenges to the foundation design. The selection analysis of foundation design based on economy and adaptability to commercial structure characteristics was discussed. The influence of key parameters such as resilience and recompression modulus, subgrade coefficient, raft thickness on foundation design were studied, and the reasons were analyzed. The parameter values of the foundation design of this project and the foundation design results including the thickness of the raft, the settlement value, etc. were described. The local foundation treatment plan was introduced when the characteristic value of the bearing capacity of the measured natural foundation such as the plate load test was slightly lower than the recommended value in the detailed investigation report. The key points of construction control of natural foundation in(5);fine silty sand stratum layer were discussed, and the long-term monitoring measures for foundation were clarified.
