摘 要:上海徐泾车辆段上盖高层结构建于下部地铁车辆段检修库之上,建筑功能为夹层车库和高层住宅。车辆段为大截面框架结构,上部住宅为剪力墙结构,上、下部结构之间设置隔震转换层。隔震转换层从下至上依次为箱形转换、隔震橡胶支座和转换厚板。隔震层以上结构高宽比较大,采用大直径支座布置降低支座拉应力。隔震层验算采用动力时程分析,各项指标从严控制。构件采用性能化设计。关键构件隔震转换层按罕遇地震设计,普通构件按设防烈度地震设计、罕遇地震复核。箱形转换设计考虑了支座偏心产生的附加弯矩。弹塑性时程分析结果表明,结构满足罕遇地震作用下变形要求。层间隔震技术适合在车辆段上盖项目中选用。The upper high-rise structure of Shanghai Xujing metro depot is built on the maintenance warehouse of the lower subway metro depot. The building functions are mezzanine garage and high-rise residence. The metro depot is a large-section frame structure, the upper residential building is a shear wall structure, and a seismic isolation conversion layer is set between the upper and lower structures. The seismic isolation conversion layer is box-shaped conversion, seismic isolation rubber bearing and conversion thick plate from bottom to top. The structure above the seismic isolation layer has a large height-width ratio, and a large-diameter bearing arrangement is used to reduce the bearing tensile stress. Dynamic time-history analysis was used for the check calculation of the isolation layer, and various indicators were strictly controlled. The components were designed with performance. The seismic isolation conversion layer of key components was designed according to the rare earthquake, and the common components were designed according to the fortification intensity earthquake and reviewed for the rare earthquake. The box transition design takes into account the additional moment created by the eccentricity of the support. The results of elastic-plastic time history analysis show that the structure meets the deformation requirements under rare earthquakes. Floor isolation technology is suitable for selection in the metro depot superstructure project.
