摘 要:为切实强化油泥砂环保处置,分析了油泥砂处置技术,包括焚烧处置技术、油泥砂高效生物处置技术、洗砂处置技术、直接回注技术。提出了加强油泥砂环保处置对策:严把油泥砂处置重点环节,建立油泥砂处置长效机制,推进油泥砂处置科学发展。应不断提高油泥砂处置技术水平和管理水平,从源头上实现减量化,增强企业绿色低碳发展、健康发展、持续发展能力。In order to effectively strengthen the environmental protection disposal of oil sludge sand,the oil sludge sand disposal technology is analyzed,including incineration disposal technology,high-efficiency biological disposal technology of oil sludge sand,sand washing disposal technology and direct reinjection technology.The countermeasures to strengthen the environmental protection disposal of oil sludge sand are put forward,i.e.to strictly control the key links of oil sludge sand disposal,establish a long-term mechanism for oil sludge sand disposal,and promote the scientific development of oil sludge sand disposal.We should constantly improve the technical level and management level of oil sludge disposal,reduce the amount from the source,and enhance the ability of green,low-carbon,healthy and sustainable development of enterprises.
