双眼外直肌后徙术与常规疗法治疗斜视的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的分析斜视患儿应用双眼外直肌后徙术与常规治疗的临床效果。方法随机选择2019年1月—2021年2月在该院进行治疗的80例斜视患儿,借助单盲分组方法对两组患儿进行分组,分为参照组与观察组,每组40例。参照组选择常规方式对患儿施以治疗,观察组选择双眼外直肌后徙术对患儿施以治疗。对两组患儿的治疗效果、视觉功能水平进行对比与分析。结果观察组正矫率、欠矫率及过矫率分别为92.5%、5.0%及2.5%,其正矫率显著优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.541,P=0.018),欠矫率与过矫率两组数据对比,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.250、1.621,P=0.263、0.202);观察组患儿视近度、视远度及平均斜视度分别为(5.79±1.08)△、(5.84±1.38)△、(5.81±1.21)△,各项数据均明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(t=16.007、9.845、11.916,P<0.001)。结论应用双眼外直肌后徙术对斜视患儿进行治疗,能够提升临床治疗效果,改善患儿视觉功能,值得在临床中大力推荐。Objective To analyze the clinical effects of binocular external rectus retraction surgery and conventional treatment in patients with strabismus.Methods Randomly selected 80 strabismus children treated in the hospital from January 2019 to February 2021.The two groups of patients were grouped with the help of a single-blind grouping method,as the reference group and the observation group,and the number of patients in each group was 40.The reference group chose the conventional method to treat the patients,and the observation group chose the binocular external rectus retraction surgery to treat the patients.The treatment effect and visual function level of the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed.Results The positive correction rate,undercorrection rate and overcorrection rate of the observation group were 92.5%,5.0%,and 2.5%,respectively.The positive correction rate was significantly better than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.541,P=0.018).There was no statistically significant difference between the undercorrection rate and the overcorrection rate(χ^(2)=1.250,1.621,P=0.263,0.202).The visual nearness,visual distance,and average strabismus of children in the observation group were(5.79±1.08)△,(5.84±1.38)△,(5.81±1.21)△,respectively,which were significantly better than the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=16.007,9.845,11.916,P<0.001).Conclusion The application of binocular external rectus retraction surgery to treat strabismus patients can improve the clinical treatment effect and improve the visual function of children.It is highly recommended in clinical practice.
