摘　　要：目的:探讨用药安全管理对提高心内科用药安全性的作用。方法:连续入选2019年2月—2021年2月在该院治疗的100例心内科患者,随机分为研究组(n=50,采用用药安全管理)和对照组(n=50,采用常规用药管理)。比较两组用药安全知识掌握情况(识别药物、用药方法、用药时间、配合用药)、护理效果(用药差错率、护理纠纷率)、护理满意度。结果:研究组在识别药物、用药方法、用药时间、配合用药方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者用药差错率、护理纠纷率少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意率为98.0%,高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:用药安全管理可提高心内科患者用药安全知识掌握情况,减少用药差错率和护理纠纷率,且患者护理满意度较高。Objective:To explore the role of medication safety management in improving the safety of cardiology medications.Methods:A total of 100 cardiology patients treated in this hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were consecutively selected and randomly divided into a study group(n=50,using drug safety management)and a control group(n=50,using routine drug management).Compared the two groups’knowledge of medication safety(identification of drugs,medication methods,medication time,combined medication),nursing effect(medication error rate,nursing dispute rate),and nursing satisfaction.Results:The study group was better than the control group in identifying drugs,medication methods,medication time,and combination medication,with statistic difference(P<0.05).The medication error rate and nursing dispute rate in the study group were lower than those in the control group,there was statistic difference(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 98.0%,which was higher than 80.0%of the control group,with was statistic difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Medication safety management can improve the knowledge of medication safety of cardiology patients,reduce medication error rate and nursing dispute rate,and patient care satisfaction is high.
