摘 要:以NaY分子筛为母体,采用乙醇胺溶液对其进行碱处理改性,在对改性分子筛进行XRD、FT-IR、SEM表征的基础上,考察乙醇胺改性NaY分子筛催化裂化菜籽油的催化性能。结果表明:乙醇胺改性NaY仍然具有NaY分子筛的晶体结构,且2-Y-MEA催化剂表现出良好的催化性能,该分子筛催化裂化菜籽油液体产物产率为48.48%,产物酸值(以KOH计)为4.4 mg/g,皂化值(以KOH计)为2.5 mg/g,20℃时运动黏度为1.4 mm^(2)/s,产物主要为芳香烃和烯烃,质量分数分别为33.46%和37.17%。研究结果为乙醇胺改性NaY分子筛催化裂化菜籽油制备烃类物质提供了理论依据。Using NaY molecular sieve as matrix,it was modified by alkali treatment with ethanolamine solution.Based on the characterization of the modified molecular sieve by XRD,FT-IR and SEM,the catalytic performance of ethanolamine modified NaY molecular sieve for catalytic cracking of rapeseed oil was investigated.The results show that NaY modified by ethanolamine still has the crystal structure of NaY molecular sieve,and 2-Y-MEA catalyst shows good catalytic performance.The liquid product yield of rapeseed oil is 48.48%,the acid value of the product(KOH)is 4.4 mg/g,the saponification value(KOH)is 2.5 mg/g,and the kinematic viscosity at 20℃is 1.4 mm^(2)/s.The products were mainly aromatic hydrocarbons and olefins,the mass fractions are 33.46%and 37.17%.The results provide a theoretical basis for the preparation of hydrocarbons from rapeseed oil by catalytic cracking with ethanolamine modified NaY molecular sieve.
