摘　　要：目的对鼓索-鼓膜连同外翻法在耳内镜镫骨手术中鼓索神经功能的保护效果进行观察和探讨。方法收集分析近4年来分别采用鼓索-鼓膜连同外翻法(22例)和常规方法(36例)耳内镜人工镫骨手术患者的资料,记录术中鼓索损伤情况,问卷回访患者术后出现味觉异常的症状、数量及主观恢复的时间。结果所有病例鼓索完整保留。A组3例、B组15例出现舌体异常感觉(包括舌体麻木感及味觉异常),出现率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.0128,P<0.05,P=0.0252),A组患者症状更轻且恢复更快。结论鼓索-鼓膜连同外翻法简单易掌握,对鼓索损伤小,术后舌体异常感觉的出现率低,而且恢复更快。Objective To report outcomes of otoendoscopic stapes surgery with the chorda tympani/tympanic membrane elevation technique.Methods Data from patients who received otoendoscopic stapes surgery using the chorda tympani/tympanic membrane elevation technique(n=22,group A)or conventional technique(n=36,group B)were collected by questionnaire,particularly regarding injury of chorda tympani,number of symptoms and subjective recovery time from abnormal taste.Results The chorda tympani remained anatomically intact in all cases.Abnormal sensations of the tongue(including numbness and abnormal taste)were reported in 3 cases in group A and in 15 cases in group B(χ^(2)=5.0128,P<0.05,P=0.0252).Patients in group A had fewer symptoms and their symptoms recovered faster.Conclusion The chorda tympani/tympanic membrane elevation technique is simple and easy to master.It helps reducing injury to the chorda tympani and associated postoperative abnormal tongue sensations,or leads to faster recovery.
