摘　　要：凝视诱发性眼震(gaze-evoked nystagmus,GEN)是眼球凝视固定偏心位置而诱发的,快相朝向凝视方向的眼震,阳性通常提示中枢病变。本文试述近年来对病理性GEN的产生机制及病变部位的研究,以期帮助在临床上更快地辅助疾病的判断。Gaze-evoked nystagmus is induced by turning the eye to an eccentric position with the fast phase pointing toward the gaze direction,which usually indicates central lesions.In this paper,we review advances in research on the mechanism of pathological gaze-evoked nystagmus and the location of lesion in recent years,in order to improve clinical diagnosis of the disease.
