摘　　要：前庭康复是一种渐进性刺激前庭系统促进前庭代偿的运动疗法,越来越多证据表明前庭康复在前庭疾病中治疗的有效性。本文就前庭康复治疗原理、策略及其在前庭疾病中的应用及其有效性的研究进展做一综述。深入研究前庭康复恢复的影响因素及对中枢前庭功能障碍和非前庭疾病遗留的平衡障碍患者进行多中心、大样本研究,有利于临床医生对患者预后进行预估、治疗中及时改变治疗策略,进一步提高患者生活质量。Vestibular rehabilitation is an exercise therapy that progressively stimulates the vestibular system to promote vestibular compensation.There is increasing evidence supporting the effectiveness of vestibular rehabilitation in the treatment of vestibular disorders.This article reviews the progress of research on the principles and strategies of vestibular rehabilitation therapy and its application in vestibular disorders and its effectiveness.In-depth research on factors influencing vestibular rehabilitation and multicenter,large sample studies on patients with central vestibular dysfunction and balance disorders from non-vestibular disorders are beneficial for clinicians in making prognostic predictions,timely adjusting treatment strategies and improving patients'quality of life.
