摘 要:目的探讨颞骨解剖教学模式,总结颞骨解剖教学经验。方法回顾我科2015年1月至2019年12月招收的颞骨解剖培训班学员资料,分析学员来源。制定针对解剖班教学内容及学员个人背景的调查问卷,随机挑选学员参加问卷调查,依据调查问卷结果分析学员的学习目的、学习倾向及对颞骨解剖培训班的意见。结果学员构成以中级职称为主(56.5%),发放问卷28份,回收有效答卷24份(85.7%)。学员参加培训的主要目的是“掌握解剖结构”、“学习手术技术”和“在标本上模拟手术操作”;最受欢迎的培训模块是“手术直播或视频讲解”,“解剖视频讲解”和“同步解剖示教”,分别占27.3%,27.3%和26.0%;学员感觉收获最大的部分是“同步解剖示教”(62.5%)。结论颞骨解剖教学内容的设置上需要紧紧围绕临床涉及的实际问题;在教学形式上,实时的、生动直观的、易于理解的教学方式更容易被学员接受。Objective To explore the teaching mode and summarize the teaching experience of temporal bone dissection course.Methods The materials of students who was attended in our training course from Jan.2015 to Nov.2019,were collected and analyzed.Questionnaires related to the teaching content of the course and the personal background of the students were demonstrated.The students who had participated in our training course were randomly selected in the questionnaire survey.And the results of the questionnaire were analyzed.Results The main body of students of our training were attending doctors(56.5%).There were 28 questionnaires were issued,and 24(85.7%)valid responses.The main purpose of the participants was to“master temporal bone anatomy”,“learning surgery techniques”and“simulating surgical operations on specimens”;the most popular training modules are“surgical live show or video demonstration”,“anatomy video demonstration”and“simultaneous step-by-step anatomical teaching,accounting for 27.3%,27.3%,and 26.0%,respectively;the largest benefit to students through the course was“simultaneous step-bystep anatomical teaching”,accounting for 62.5%.Conclusions The setting of teaching content needs to be settled based on their special demands,and focusing on clinical problems.The most accepted forms of teaching should be real-time,vivid,intuitive and easy to be understood.
