摘　　要：目的探讨应用Carnation 33光子治疗仪照射肩臂痛患者肩部原始点部位治疗肩臂疼痛的方法。方法对北京小汤山医院2018年1月至2019年1月综合康复病区收治的4例肩臂疼痛患者,应用Carnation 33光子治疗仪照射患部原始点,照射距离25cm,照射时间20min,照射频次为每日1次,10~15天为1个疗程,以患者自觉肩部疼痛主观评价追踪疗效。结果4例肩臂疼痛患者治疗后,主诉肩臂疼痛明显减轻,对疗效满意。结论Carnation 33光子治疗仪照射肩臂痛患者肩部原始点治疗肩臂疼痛疗效显著,原始点疗法认为症状部位即“影子”不能处置,需关注“本尊”的观点值得临床思考与实践。Objective To explore the method of treating shoulder and arm pain by irradiating the original point of shoulder with carnation 33 photon therapeutic instrument.Methods Four patients with shoulder arm pain treated in the comprehensive rehabilitation ward of Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were treated with carnation 33 photon therapeutic instrument to irradiate the original point of the affected part,the irradiation distance was 25cm,the irradiation time was 20min,the irradiation frequency was once a day,10~15 days as a course of treatment,and the curative effect was tracked according to the subjective evaluation of patients'conscious shoulder pain.Results After treatment,4 patients with shoulder arm pain complained of significant reduction in shoulder arm pain and satisfaction with the efficacy.Conclusion Carnation 33 photon therapeutic instrument irradiates the shoulder original point of patients with shoulder and arm pain,which has a significant effect on the treatment of shoulder pain.The original point therapy believes that the symptom part,that is,the“shadow”cannot be disposed,and the point of paying attention to the“self”is worthy of clinical thinking and practice.
