摘　　要：为了更好地完成医保付费制度的改革目标,认真做好关于疾病诊断相关分组付费的试点工作,本文探索临床药师参与病种的临床路径优化方式,建立追求质量和效益并进的管理模型,为临床合理用药提供指导,减少无效医疗费用的支出,进一步提升医疗质量,获取合理收益。In order to better complete the reform objectives of the nation for medical insurance payment system,do a good job in the pilot work of Diagnosis Related Groups(DRG).This paper focus on exploring the way in which clinical pharmacists help improving clinical path,establishing a management model that pursues both quality and benefit,reducing invalid expenditure of medical expenses,and further improve the foundation of medical quality.
