结肠镜下肠息肉切除术术后患者行延续性护理的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨延续性护理在结肠镜下肠息肉切除术术后患者的应用效果。方法选择本院2020年4月至9月行结肠镜下肠息肉切除术的患者120例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者术后采用常规护理,观察组患者术后采用延续性护理措施。记录并比较两组患者术后遵医服药率、护理的依从性、按时复诊率、并发症的发生率、结肠息肉复发率以及患者就医满意度。结果与对照组比较,观察组患者术后遵医服药率、护理的依从性、按时复诊率以及就医满意度等指标高;观察组患者术后并发症的发生率以及结肠息肉的复发率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在结肠镜下肠息肉切除术术后采用延续性护理可提高患者的护理依从性,降低术后并发症发生率及复发率,提升患者就医满意度。Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing in patients undergoing colonoscopy intestinal polypectomy.Methods 120 patients who underwent colonoscopic polypectomy from April 2020 to September 2020 were randomly divided into:control group and observation group,60 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received routine nursing after operation,and the patients in the observation group received continuous nursing measures after operation.The postoperative compliance rate,nursing compliance,timely follow-up rate,incidence of postoperative complications,recurrence rate of postoperative colonic polyps and overall satisfaction of patients were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the postoperative compliance rate,nursing compliance,timely follow-up rate and overall satisfaction of patients in the observation group were higher.The incidence of postoperative complications and the recurrence rate of colonic polyps in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing in patients undergoing colonoscopy intestinal polypectomy can improve the nursing compliance of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate,and improve the satisfaction of patients.
